Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total before future appointments be booked. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on timing and service booked.
